GEORGETOWN, Feb 13 – Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng this morning declined to comment on the resignations of four DAP elected representatives on Sunday.
He said he will be issuing a written statement on the issue later today.
“There are BN media here,” he said at a press conference when asked about resignations.
On Sunday, Duyong assemblyman Goh Leong San, Bachang assemblyman Lim Jak Wong and Kesidang assemblyman Chin Choong Seong and Kota Melaka MP Sim Tong Him resigned from the party.
They cited differences and changes in party policy as their reasons.
Their resignations resulted in DAP only left with three assemblymen in the Malacca legislature and no parliamentarians representing the state.
